The Hydraforce 5122205 (5122205) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This component is designed to be infinitely adjustable across a specified range via a variable electric input, allowing the regulated pressure to be directly proportional to the input electrical current. When current is applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36X model facilitates flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level that offsets the solenoid force induced electrically, thus opening the pilot section. At this predetermined pressure level at port 1, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2 and subsequently regulates the pressure at port 1. In this operational mode, it also provides relief from port 1 to port 3. Notably, without any electrical current applied, it relieves at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). The TS10-36X offers features such as standard 12 and 24-volt coils and optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments.
