The Hydraforce 5122169 (5122169) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This versatile component is designed for precision control of hydraulic systems, allowing for infinite adjustment across a specified range through variable electric input. The valve's operation is based on the relationship between regulated pressure and input electrical current, ensuring precise pressure management. When current is applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36X facilitates flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 offsets the solenoid force and opens the pilot section. Once the predetermined pressure at port 1 is reached, it restricts inlet flow at port 2 to maintain consistent pressure while also relieving excess from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, it relieves at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar).
