The Hydraforce 5122159 (5122159) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This component is designed to provide infinitely adjustable pressure control across a specified range via a variable electric input. The operation of the TS10-36X model allows flow from port 2 to port 1 when current is applied to the valve coil. The flow continues until sufficient pressure at port 1 opens the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced by electricity. Once the desired pressure at port 1 is reached, the valve adjusts to restrict inlet flow from port 2, thereby regulating and maintaining pressure at port 1. Additionally, in this state, it can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, the valve will automatically relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The TS10-36X comes with standard options for both 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments.
