The Hydraforce 5122154 (5122154) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve designed for precise control in hydraulic systems. This valve can be infinitely adjusted across a specific range using a variable electric input, with the regulated pressure being directly proportional to the electrical current applied. The TS10-36X model operates by allowing flow from port 2 to port 1 when current is applied to the valve coil until sufficient pressure at port 1 opens the pilot section. This action offsets the solenoid force induced electrically. Once the predetermined pressure at port 1 is achieved, the valve restricts inlet flow at port 2 to maintain regulation and can also relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3. Without any current applied, it will relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The valve features standard coil options of 12 and 24 volts and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments. It fits into an industry-common cavity and includes an optional manual override for additional operational flexibility.
