The Hydraforce 5122152V (5122152V) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This versatile component can be infinitely adjusted across a specified range using a variable electric input, with regulated pressure being proportional to the input electrical current. When current is applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36X model allows flow from port 2 to port 1 until enough pressure at port 1 opens the pilot section by offsetting the solenoid force induced electrically. Upon achieving the predetermined pressure at port 1, this valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, effectively regulating pressure at port 1 and relieving from port 1 to port 3 when necessary. In scenarios where no current is applied, it will relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The device features standard coils available in both 12 and 24 volts and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in challenging environments. It fits an industry-common cavity and includes an optional manual override for added control flexibility.
