The Hydraforce 5122152 (5122152) is a highly efficient, screw-in, cartridge-style valve that serves as a pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing and relieving valve. Known as the TS10-36X model, this valve is designed to be infinitely adjustable across a specified range through variable electric input. Its operation is characterized by the regulated pressure being directly proportional to the input electrical current. When current is applied to the valve coil, it allows for flow from port 2 to port 1 until there is enough pressure at port 1 to open the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. Upon reaching the set pressure at port 1, the valve adjusts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, thus maintaining regulated pressure at port 1 while also relieving excess pressure from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, it automatically relieves at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. This model features standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments.
