The Hydraforce 5122145 (5122145) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing and relieving valve. This valve can be infinitely adjusted across a prescribed range using a variable electric input, making it highly versatile for applications requiring precise pressure control. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, allowing for seamless integration into systems that demand fine-tuned control over hydraulic pressures. When current is applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36X facilitates flow from port 2 to port 1 until sufficient pressure at port 1 offsets the electrically induced solenoid force to open the pilot section. Once the predetermined pressure at port 1 is achieved, the valve restricts inlet flow at port 2 to maintain consistent pressure at port 1 while also relieving excess pressure from port 1 to port 3.
