The Hydraforce 5122133 (5122133) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This model is engineered for applications requiring precise pressure control and can be infinitely adjusted across a specified range using variable electric input. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, allowing for fine-tuned control in various hydraulic systems. When current is applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36X facilitates flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 offsets the solenoid force induced electrically, opening the pilot section. Once the predetermined pressure at port 1 is achieved, the valve modulates to restrict inlet flow from port 2, thus regulating pressure at port 1 while also relieving excess pressure from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, it relieves at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). The valve comes standard with both 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments.
