The Hydraforce 5122127 (5122127) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This versatile component is designed to be infinitely adjustable across a specified range using a variable electric input, making it suitable for applications requiring precise pressure control. The TS10-36X model operates by allowing flow from port 2 to port 1 when current is applied to the valve coil until the desired pressure at port 1 triggers the pilot section to counteract the solenoid force. Once this predetermined pressure is achieved, the valve restricts inlet flow at port 2 and regulates pressure at port 1 while also relieving excess pressure from port 1 to port 3. In situations where no current is applied, the valve defaults to relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. This model features standard coils available in both 12 and 24 volts, with optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in challenging environments.
