The Hydraforce 5122125 (5122125) is a screw-in, cartridge style, pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This versatile valve can be infinitely adjusted across a designated range using a variable electric input, making it suitable for applications requiring precise pressure control. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current. When current is applied to the valve coil, it allows flow from port 2 to port 1 until sufficient pressure at port 1 opens the pilot section by counteracting the electrically induced solenoid force. Once the predetermined pressure at port 1 is reached, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, thereby regulating pressure at port 1. In this state, it also provides relief from port 1 to port 3. Without any current applied, the valve will relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The TS10-36X model features standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in demanding environments. It fits into an industry-common cavity and has an optional manual override feature for added flexibility in operation.
