The Hydraforce 5122124 (5122124) is a versatile, screw-in, cartridge-style valve designed for precise pressure control in hydraulic systems. Known as the TS10-36X, this pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve offers infinite adjustment across a specific range through variable electric input. The device regulates pressure proportionally to the electrical current applied to its coil. When current is applied, it permits flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 offsets the solenoid force, causing the pilot section to open. Once the predetermined pressure is achieved at port 1, it restricts inlet flow at port 2 and maintains regulation at port 1 while also relieving excess pressure from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, it defaults to relieve at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). The TS10-36X features standard coils in both 12 and 24 volts with optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for demanding environments.
