The Hydraforce 5122122 (5122122) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. Known as the TS10-36X, this valve offers precise control over pressure settings through a variable electric input, allowing for infinite adjustments within a specified range. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the electrical current inputted into the system. When current is applied to its coil, the TS10-36XX facilitates flow from port 2 to port 1 until enough pressure accumulates at port 1 to counteract the solenoid force induced by the electrical current and open the pilot section. Once the set pressure at port 1 is achieved, the valve transitions to restrict inlet flow from port 2, effectively regulating pressure at port 1 while simultaneously allowing for relief from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, it automatically relieves at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). This versatile valve comes standard with both 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in demanding environments. It fits an industry-common cavity and can be equipped with an optional manual override for added flexibility in operation.
