The Hydraforce 5122120V (5122120V) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. It is designed to be infinitely adjustable across a set range using a variable electric input, making it highly versatile for precise pressure control applications. The regulated pressure output of the TS10-36X is directly proportional to the electrical current applied to the valve coil. When current is applied, the valve allows fluid flow from port 2 to port 1 until enough pressure builds at port 1 to open the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force. Once this predetermined pressure is achieved at port 1, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, thereby maintaining consistent pressure at port 1 while also allowing relief from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, the valve will relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The TS10-36X features standard options for both 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils with ratings up to IP69K for enhanced durability in demanding environments. Additionally, it includes an industry-common cavity and an optional manual override for increased operational flexibility.
