The Hydraforce 5122120 (5122120) is a screw-in, cartridge style, pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. It is designed to be infinitely adjustable across a specified range by using a variable electric input, allowing the regulated pressure to be proportional to the input electrical current. When current is applied to the valve coil, it facilitates flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to open the pilot section by counteracting the electrically induced solenoid force. Once the predetermined pressure at port 1 is achieved, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2 and regulate pressure at port 1 while also providing relief from port 1 to port 3. Without any current applied, it will relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The TS10-36X model features standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils with an IP69K rating for enhanced durability in demanding environments.
