The Hydraforce 5122117 (5122117) is a screw-in, cartridge style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This component is designed to be infinitely adjustable within a specific range using a variable electric input, making it highly adaptable for applications requiring precise pressure control. The valve's operation is straightforward: when electrical current is applied to the coil, it permits flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to open the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically.
