The Hydraforce 5122115 (5122115) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This versatile component is designed for precise pressure control and can be infinitely adjusted across a specific range using a variable electric input. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the electrical current applied to the valve coil. When current is applied, the TS10-36X model allows flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to open the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced by electricity. Once this predetermined pressure at port 1 is achieved, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow from port 2, effectively regulating pressure at port 1 while also providing relief from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, it will relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The valve features standard 12 and 24-volt coils with optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments. It fits into an industry-common cavity and offers an optional manual override for added operational flexibility.
