The Hydraforce 5122113 (5122113) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This model, known as the TS10-36X, is designed to be infinitely adjustable across a specified range by utilizing a variable electric input. The regulated pressure of this valve is directly proportional to the input electrical current it receives. When current is applied to the valve coil, the TS10-36XX facilitates flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to activate the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. Once the predetermined pressure at port 1 is achieved, the valve adjusts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, thereby maintaining regulated pressure at port 1. Additionally, in this operational mode, it can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, the valve will relieve at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). This model includes features such as standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in demanding environments.
