The Hydraforce 5122111 (5122111) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This model, known as the TS10-36X, offers infinite adjustability across a specified range through variable electric input. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the electrical current applied to the valve coil. When current is applied, the TS10-36XX facilitates flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 opens the pilot section by counterbalancing the solenoid's electrical force. Once the predetermined pressure at port 1 is reached, the valve shifts to limit inlet flow at port 2, thereby controlling pressure at port 1. In this state, it also relieves excess pressure from port 1 to port 3. Without current application, it defaults to relieving at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The valve comes with standard options for both 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments. It fits industry-common cavities and includes an optional manual override feature for added versatility in operation.
