The Hydraforce 5122105 (5122105) is a screw-in, cartridge style, pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This versatile component is designed to be infinitely adjustable within a specified range using a variable electric input, making it suitable for applications requiring precise pressure control. The regulated pressure of the TS10-36X is directly proportional to the input electrical current. When current is applied to the valve coil, it permits flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to open the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. At this predetermined pressure, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2 and simultaneously regulates and relieves pressure from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, the valve will relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The product features standard coils available in both 12 and 24 volts with optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for robust performance in demanding environments. It fits an industry-common cavity and offers an optional manual override feature for added flexibility in operation.
