The Hydraforce 5122104 (5122104) is a versatile TS10-36X screw-in, cartridge-style valve designed for precise pressure control. This pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve can be finely tuned across a specified range using a variable electric input, making it adaptable to various system requirements. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, allowing for accurate and reliable performance. When current is applied to the valve coil, it permits flow from port 2 to port 1 until the desired pressure is reached at port 1, which then opens the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force. Once this predetermined pressure at port 1 is achieved, the valve adjusts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, effectively regulating pressure at port 1 and simultaneously relieving excess pressure from port 1 to port 3. In scenarios where no current is applied, the valve defaults to relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. Standard features include compatibility with both 12 and 24-volt coils and optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments.
