The Hydraforce 5122103 (5122103) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve. This versatile component can be infinitely adjusted within a specific range using a variable electric input, allowing for precise control of regulated pressure proportional to the input electrical current. The TS10-36X model operates by permitting flow from port 2 to port 1 when electrical current is applied to the valve coil. This continues until sufficient pressure at port 1 offsets the solenoid force, opening the pilot section. Once the predetermined pressure at port 1 is achieved, the valve shifts to restrict inlet flow at port 2, thus regulating the pressure at port 1. In this mode, it also facilitates relief from port 1 to port 3. Without any current applied, the valve maintains a relief setting of approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The product features standard coils available in both 12 and 24 volts and offers optional waterproof E-Coils with an IP69K rating for enhanced durability in harsh environments. It fits into an industry-common cavity and includes an optional manual override for additional control flexibility.
