The Hydraforce 5048000V (5048000V) is a solenoid-operated, 2-position, 4-way, direct-acting spool-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve designed specifically for selector valve applications in selector or series-parallel drive circuits. This model provides efficient control by allowing bidirectional flow between designated ports depending on its energized or deenergized state. When deenergized, the SVX facilitates flow between port 1 and port 2, as well as between port 3 and port 4, while blocking flow at ports 5 and 6. Conversely, when energized, it shifts to permit flow between port 1 and port 2 and between port 3 and port 4 but blocks ports 5 and 6.
Notable for its robust construction, the valve features a hardened precision spool and cage that enhance its durability and lifespan under rigorous conditions. It is equipped with heavy-duty waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K, ensuring optimal performance even in environments where exposure to water or dust is prevalent. These coils are encased in an external metal shell design that further protects the internal components from external elements. Additionally, all ports of the valve can withstand full pressurization which increases its versatility across various hydraulic applications. Optional coil voltages and terminations are available to accommodate diverse system requirements, making the Hydraforce 5048000V a versatile choice for a wide range of hydraulic system configurations.
