The Hydraforce 5008810V (5008810V) is a solenoid operated, 2 position, 6 way, direct acting, spool-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve designed for precise control in hydraulic systems. This valve operates by blocking flow to ports 5 and 6 while allowing flow between ports 4 and 3, and between ports 1 and 2 when deenergized. When energized, it shifts to block flow to ports 2 and 3 and allows flow between ports 4 and 5, and between ports 1 and 6. This functionality makes it suitable for use as a selector to direct flow between two cylinders of unequal area ratios; ideally connecting the cylinder head sides to ports 3 and 5, and rod sides to ports 2 and 6.
The Hydraforce model is crafted with a hardened precision spool and cage which ensures long life even under demanding conditions. It features optional coil voltages and terminations to accommodate different system requirements. The heavy-duty waterproof E-Coils are rated up to IP69K, making them suitable for environments where exposure to dust, dirt, and moisture is a concern. Additionally, these coils are continuous-duty rated which enhances the reliability of operations in industrial applications. The cartridges are also voltage interchangeable which provides flexibility in usage across various applications without needing different valves for different voltages. This robust design combined with versatile configurations makes the Hydraforce 5008810V an optimal choice for advanced hydraulic system implementations where precision and durability are critical.
