The Bosch Rexroth DZ6DP2-5X/150XYM (R900437452) is a direct operated pressure sequence valve designed for the precise control of hydraulic system sequencing. This model maintains the functionality of connecting a secondary system in a pressure-dependent manner, with the sequencing pressure being adjustable through various types of settings.
In its default state, this valve is held closed by a compression spring that keeps the control spool in its initial position, effectively blocking flow. When the pressure in channel P rises to overcome the spring setting, the spool shifts to allow fluid communication from P to A, enabling the connected system to operate without any drop in channel P's pressure.
The DZ6DP2-5X/150XYM offers flexibility in receiving control signals either internally from channel P or externally via port BX. Depending on its application, it can also discharge leakage oil either externally through port TY or internally through A. Users should note that internal leakage oil discharge will increase the set cracking pressure by the amount present in channel A.
For situations requiring reverse flow from A to P, an optional check valve can be integrated into the design. Monitoring and adjusting sequencing pressure is made convenient with a dedicated pressure gauge connection.
This Bosch Rexroth valve supports subplate mounting and adheres to international standards with its porting pattern compatible with DIN form A (without locating hole) and ISO (with locating hole). Subplates are available as separate orders. The valve comes in various sizes and component series X, with maximum operating pressures and flow rates specified per model.
Adjustment types for this sequence valve include options such as a rotary knob, threaded pin with hexagon and protective cap, lockable rotary knob with scale, or a simple rotary knob with scale. These features provide users with precise control over system operations while ensuring ease of use and maintenance.

Valve type DZ 6 DP is a direct operated pressure sequence valve. It is applied for pressure-dependent connection of a second system. The sequencing pressure is set via the adjustment type (4).
The compression spring (3) holds the control spool (2) in initial position, the valve is blocked. The pressure in channel P is applied via the control line (6) at the spool face of the control spool (2) opposite the compression spring (3).
If the pressure in channel P reaches the set value of the compression spring (3), the control spool (2) is moved to the left and the connection from P to A is opened. The system connected to channel A is connected without a pressure drop in channel P.
The control signal is received internally via the control line (6) from channel P or externally via port B (X).
Depending on the use of the valve, leakage oil discharge is realized externally via port T (Y) or internally via A.
Attention!
With internal leakage oil discharge, the set cracking pressure is increased by the pressure in channel A.
A check valve (5) can be optionally installed for free hydraulic fluid return flow back from channel A to channel P.
A pressure gauge connection (1) enables control of the sequencing pressure at the valve.
