The Hydraforce 5122688 (5122688) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated spool-type relief valve designed for precise pressure control in hydraulic systems. This model, known as the TS10-26X, offers infinite adjustability across a specified range by utilizing a variable electric current. The regulated pressure directly correlates to the input electrical current, allowing for fine-tuned performance adjustments. In operation, the TS10-26X blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to open the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. Without any applied current, this valve relieves at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). It features standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils with an IP69K rating for enhanced durability in harsh environments. Additionally, it includes an industry-common cavity and optional manual override for added versatility in various applications.
