The Hydraforce 5122000 (5122000) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type relief valve designed for precise pressure regulation through variable electric current. This TS10-26X model can be finely adjusted across a specific range, with the regulated pressure directly proportional to the input electrical current. It operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to activate the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. Without any current applied, the valve relieves at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The product features standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments. It fits into an industry-common cavity and includes an optional manual override for added control flexibility.
