The Hydraforce 5122594 (5122594) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type relief valve known for its precision and adaptability. This TS12-26X model is designed to provide infinitely adjustable pressure relief across a specified range using a variable electric current. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, allowing for precise control in various applications. The valve operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to open the pilot section, counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. When no current is applied, the valve defaults to relieve at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). This model features standard 12 and 24-volt coils, with optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments. It fits into an industry-common cavity and offers an optional manual override feature for additional control flexibility.
