The Hydraforce 5122575 (5122575) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type relief valve known as the TS10-26X. This valve is specifically designed to provide adjustable pressure relief by utilizing a variable electric current, allowing for infinite adjustment within a defined range. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current. In its operation, the TS10-26X blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until there is sufficient pressure at port 1 to open the pilot section, counteracting the electrically induced solenoid force. Without any electrical current applied, the valve relieves at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). The TS10-26X features standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments. It fits into an industry-common cavity and includes an optional manual override for added convenience and control.
