The Hydraforce 5122547V (5122547V) is a versatile, screw-in, cartridge-style relief valve designed for precise pressure regulation in hydraulic systems. This pilot-operated, spool-type valve can be infinitely adjusted across a specified range using a variable electric current, making it highly adaptable for various applications requiring controlled pressure relief. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, allowing for seamless integration into systems that demand precise control. The TS10-26X model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to open the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. In its default state with no current applied, the valve relieves pressure at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). Key features of this model include compatibility with both 12 and 24-volt coils as standard options, and an optional waterproof E-Coil rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments. The industry-common cavity design ensures easy installation and compatibility with existing systems. Additionally, an optional manual override provides flexibility for manual operation when necessary. The Hydraforce TS10-26X is ideal for applications that require reliable and adjustable pressure relief capabilities in hydraulic circuits.
