The Hydraforce 5122545 (5122545) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type relief valve known as the TS10-26X. This versatile valve is designed to be infinitely adjustable across a predefined range using a variable electric current, with the regulated pressure being directly proportional to the input electrical current. Its primary function is to block flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 offsets the electrically induced solenoid force, thereby opening the pilot section. In situations where no current is applied, the valve will relieve at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). The TS10-26X comes equipped with standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments. It features an industry-common cavity and an optional manual override for added convenience and flexibility in various applications.
