The Hydraforce 5122512 (5122512) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type relief valve designed for precise pressure regulation. Known as the TS10-26X, this valve offers infinite adjustability across a specified range by utilizing a variable electric current. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, allowing for fine-tuned control in various applications. The TS10-26X operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to open the pilot section, counteracting the electrically induced solenoid force. Without any current applied, it relieves at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). The product comes with standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in demanding environments. Additionally, it fits into industry-common cavities and provides an optional manual override feature for added versatility in operation.
