The Hydraforce 5122507V (5122507V) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type relief valve designed for precise pressure control in hydraulic systems. This valve, known as the TS10-26X, can be infinitely adjusted within a specified range using a variable electric current, allowing for regulated pressure that is directly proportional to the input electrical current. It operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 opens the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. In scenarios where no current is applied, the valve is set to relieve at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). The TS10-26X comes with standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments. The valve features an industry-common cavity and includes an optional manual override for added versatility in various applications.
