The Hydraforce 5122442 (5122442) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type relief valve designed for precise pressure control in hydraulic systems. Known as the TS12-26X, this valve offers infinite adjustability across a specified pressure range by utilizing a variable electric current. The regulated pressure directly correlates to the input electrical current, allowing for precise control and application flexibility. The TS12-26X operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to open the pilot section, counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. In scenarios where no current is applied, the valve is preset to relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. This valve includes standard features such as 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils with an IP69K rating for enhanced durability in harsh environments.
