The Hydraforce 5122296 (5122296) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated spool-type relief valve designed for precise pressure control applications. This TS12-26X model can be infinitely adjusted across a specified range using a variable electric current, allowing the regulated pressure to be proportional to the input electrical current. In operation, the valve blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 offsets the electrically induced solenoid force, thus opening the pilot section. Without any electrical current applied, the valve is set to relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. The product features both 12 and 24-volt coils as standard options and offers optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments. Additionally, it includes an industry-common cavity design and an optional manual override feature for increased versatility in various applications.
