The Hydraforce 5122291 (5122291) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type relief valve known as the TS12-26X. This versatile valve is designed to be infinitely adjustable across a specified range via a variable electric current, making it highly adaptable for applications requiring precise pressure regulation. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, allowing for fine-tuned control. In operation, the TS12-26X blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 offsets the electrically induced solenoid force and opens the pilot section. Without any electrical current applied, the valve will relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. This model comes with standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for high resistance against water ingress. The TS12-26X fits into an industry-common cavity and includes an optional manual override feature for added flexibility in various operational scenarios.
