The Hydraforce 5122281 (5122281) is a screw-in, cartridge style, pilot-operated, spool-type relief valve designed for precise pressure regulation in hydraulic systems. Known as the TS12-26X, this valve allows for infinite adjustment across a specified range through the use of variable electric current. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, providing precise control over system pressure. In its operation, the TS12-26X remains closed to flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 surpasses a set threshold, at which point it opens by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. Without any electrical current applied, the valve defaults to relieve at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. This model comes with standard options for both 12 and 24 volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for robust environmental protection. It fits into an industry common cavity and includes an optional manual override feature for added flexibility in various applications.
