The Hydraforce 5122260V (5122260V) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type relief valve designed for precise pressure control in hydraulic systems. This model, known as the TS12-26X, offers infinite adjustability across a specified range using variable electric current, making it highly adaptable for applications requiring specific pressure settings. The valve operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 surpasses a set threshold, overcoming the solenoid force induced by the electrical current. Without any electrical input, the valve relieves at approximately 100 psi [6.9 bar]. It features standard 12 and 24-volt coils and optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments. The TS12-26X also includes an industry-common cavity and an optional manual override for added versatility in various hydraulic applications.
