The Hydraforce 5122251 (5122251) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type relief valve known as the TS12-26X. This versatile component allows for infinite adjustment over a specified pressure range by utilizing a variable electric current. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, making it highly adaptable for precise control applications. The TS12-26X operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 surpasses a threshold sufficient to open the pilot section against the solenoid force induced electrically. In its default state with no electrical current applied, the valve relieves at an initial pressure of approximately 100 psi [6,9]. Notable features of this model include compatibility with standard 12 and 24-volt coils and optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments. It also boasts an industry-common cavity design and offers an optional manual override feature for added flexibility in various applications.
