The Hydraforce 5122016 (5122016) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type relief valve known as the TS10-26X. This valve is designed to be infinitely adjustable across a specified range using a variable electric current, making it highly adaptable for various pressure regulation needs. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, allowing for precise control in hydraulic systems. The TS10-26X operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to open the pilot section, overcoming the electrically induced solenoid force. Without any current applied, this valve will relieve pressure at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). It features standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in demanding environments. Additionally, it includes an industry-common cavity and an optional manual override for added versatility in application.
