The Hydraforce 5122011 (5122011) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type relief valve designed for precise pressure regulation in hydraulic systems. This model, known as the TS10-26X, offers infinite adjustability across a designated range through the use of a variable electric current. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, allowing for precise control over hydraulic operations. In operation, the TS10-26X valve blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to open the pilot section by counteracting the solenoid force induced electrically. Without any current applied, the valve will relieve at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). This model comes with standard 12 and 24 volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments. It fits an industry-common cavity and includes an optional manual override feature for added versatility in various applications.
