The Hydraforce 5122005 (5122005) is a versatile screw-in, cartridge-style relief valve designed to provide precise pressure control in hydraulic systems. This TS10-26X model is a pilot-operated, spool-type valve that allows for infinite adjustment across a specified range using a variable electric current. Its operation is based on blocking the flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to open the pilot section, counteracting the solenoid force induced by electricity. Notably, when no electrical current is applied, this valve will relieve pressure at approximately 100 psi (6.9 bar). It features standard coils available in both 12 and 24 volts and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in demanding environments. The TS10-26X fits an industry-common cavity and includes an optional manual override for added flexibility. This product's design and functionality make it suitable for applications requiring reliable pressure regulation with electronic control adaptability.
