The Hydraforce 5111166 (5111166) is a solenoid-operated, pressure-compensated, spool-type, normally closed, priority-type proportional flow control regulator. It is designed to regulate priority flow from port 1 to port 3, with the flow rate being proportional to the current applied to the solenoid, regardless of system working pressure. Excessive flow is bypassed out of port 2 and can be utilized for auxiliary function control. Additionally, this valve can function as a restrictive type, 2-way pressure-compensated proportional flow regulator by blocking port 2. In this mode, the flow rate out of port 3 remains proportional to the current applied to the solenoid regardless of load pressure at port 3.
