The Hydraforce 5110501V (5110501V) is a solenoid-operated, pressure-compensated, spool-type, normally closed, priority-type proportional flow control regulator. It can also function as a restrictive type, 2-way, pressure-compensated proportional flow regulator when port 2 is blocked. Designed for efficient operation, the valve regulates priority flow out of port 3 proportionally to the current applied to the solenoid, regardless of system working pressure. Excessive flow bypasses out of port 2 and can be utilized for auxiliary function control. In restrictive mode applications, blocking bypass port 2 ensures that the flow rate out of port 3 remains proportional to the solenoid's current irrespective of load pressure at port 3. The valve boasts excellent linearity and hysteresis characteristics due to its hardened spool and cage construction, ensuring long-lasting performance. Additional features include optional coil voltages and terminations along with efficient wet-armature construction.
