The Hydraforce 5111136 (5111136) is a solenoid-operated, pressure-compensated, spool-type, normally closed, priority-type proportional flow control regulator. This versatile component can also function as a restrictive type, 2-way pressure compensated proportional flow regulator when port 2 is blocked. It is designed to regulate priority flow out of port 3 with inlet flow at port 1, regardless of system working pressure. The flow rate is proportional to the current applied to the solenoid. Excessive flow bypasses out of port 2 and can be used for auxiliary function control. In applications where the restrictive mode is employed, blocking bypass port 2 ensures that the flow rate out of port 3 remains proportional to the solenoid current regardless of load pressure at port 3. The PV70-30 offers excellent linearity and hysteresis characteristics due to its hardened spool and cage construction for long life. It features optional coil voltages and terminations along with efficient wet-armature construction for enhanced performance. Cartridges are voltage-interchangeable, and it includes a unitized molded coil design with standard coil waterproofing for durability in various environments. Additionally, a manual override option provides added flexibility in operation.
