The Hydraforce 5111068 (5111068) is a solenoid-operated, pressure-compensated, spool-type, normally closed, priority-type proportional flow control regulator. It can also function as a restrictive type, 2-way, pressure-compensated proportional flow regulator when port 2 is blocked. This versatile valve regulates priority flow from port 1 to port 3 irrespective of system working pressure, with the flow rate being directly proportional to the current applied to the solenoid. Excessive flow bypasses through port 2 and can be utilized for auxiliary function control. In restrictive mode applications where port 2 is blocked, the flow rate from port 3 remains proportional to the solenoid current regardless of the load or pressure applied at port 3.
