The Hydraforce 5111051 (5111051) is a solenoid-operated, pressure-compensated, spool-type, normally closed, priority type proportional flow control regulator. It is designed to regulate priority flow from port 1 to port 3, maintaining consistent output regardless of system working pressure. The flow rate is controlled proportionally to the current applied to the solenoid. This valve can also function as a restrictive type, 2-way pressure compensated proportional flow regulator when port 2 is blocked. Excessive flow bypasses out of port 2 and can be utilized for auxiliary functions unless the bypass line is blocked by external valving.
