The Hydraforce 5111039V (5111039V) is a solenoid-operated, pressure-compensated, spool-type, normally closed, priority type proportional flow control regulator. This versatile component can also function as a restrictive type, 2-way, pressure-compensated proportional flow regulator by blocking port 2. Designed to regulate priority flow from port 1 to port 3 regardless of system working pressure, the flow rate is directly proportional to the current applied to the solenoid. Any excess flow will bypass out of port 2 and can be utilized for auxiliary function control. In applications where restrictive mode is preferred, blocking bypass port 2 ensures that the flow rate from port 3 remains proportional to the solenoid current irrespective of the load or pressure at port 3. The Hydraforce model boasts excellent linearity and hysteresis characteristics thanks to its hardened spool and cage construction for enhanced durability.
