The Hydraforce 5111034 (5111034) is a solenoid-operated, pressure-compensated, spool-type, normally closed, priority-type proportional flow control regulator. This versatile device can also function as a restrictive type, 2-way pressure compensated proportional flow regulator when port 2 is blocked. It is designed to regulate priority flow from port 1 to port 3, with the flow rate being proportional to the current applied to the solenoid, regardless of system working pressure. Any excessive flow will bypass out of port 2 and can be utilized for auxiliary function control. To ensure optimal performance and prevent blocking of the bypass line, avoid dead heading of the priority line by external valving. In restrictive mode applications where bypass port 2 is blocked, the flow rate out of port 3 remains consistent with the current applied to the solenoid regardless of load pressure at port 3.
