The Hydraforce 5111012V (5111012V) is a solenoid-operated, pressure-compensated, spool-type, normally closed, priority type proportional flow control regulator. This versatile component can also function as a restrictive type, 2-way pressure-compensated proportional flow regulator when port 2 is blocked. When inlet flow enters through port 1, the valve efficiently regulates priority flow out of port 3, maintaining consistent performance regardless of system working pressure. The flow rate remains proportional to the current applied to the solenoid. Any excess flow is bypassed through port 2 and can be utilized for auxiliary function control. It's important to ensure that external valving does not deadhead the priority line to prevent blocking the bypass line.
