The Hydraforce 5111007 (5111007) is a solenoid-operated, pressure-compensated, spool-type, normally closed, priority-type proportional flow control regulator. This versatile component can also function as a restrictive type, 2-way, pressure-compensated proportional flow regulator when port 2 is blocked. Designed to regulate priority flow out of port 3 from inlet flow at port 1, it maintains consistent performance irrespective of system working pressure, with the flow rate proportionate to the current applied to the solenoid. Additionally, any excess flow is redirected through port 2 for auxiliary function control. It is crucial to avoid deadheading of the priority line by external valving to ensure the bypass line remains unblocked.
